The completely filled-in registration form with all here relevant documents has to be submitted to the school office; either in person or by post. A receipt will be issued upon submission of the registration form.

• Sports
• Outdoor games- Cricket, badminton, kho-kho, Race, skipping etc.
• Indoor games- Chess, carom, table-tennis.

Documents

• One photocopy of the original Birth Certificate issued by concerned Government Authority.
• Four recent Coloured Passport size photograph of the child. (To be pasted in the space provided).
• Proof of Residence-photocopy of Electoral card/Passport/Driving License/ Telephone Bill.
• Photocopy of Last Report Card (For admission in class II and above only).

Attendence

The students will not be allowed to attend the classes and appear for the examination in the following situations:

• If the dues are not paid.
• If 75% attendance is not maintained.
• If there is a prolonged absence without any written notice from the parents/guardians.

Examination & Monthly Assessments

We conduct three exams annually i.e. I Term, II Term and Annual exams. In Order to assess the child's performance in the class, we also conduct monthly assessments, through which the parents can evaluate the child's conduction the class and school.

Important Note

• The parents are requested to guide their wards to be careful in utilizing the school’s property. If any damages are caused due to student’s carelessness, the damages will be recovered.
• Regular defaulters in paying school fees will not be allowed to continue in the next session.
• Failure of two years in the same class will debar the students to continue in the school.
• No student would be allowed to leave the school premises during school hour without the permission of the Class Teacher/Principal.
• No exams, even the orals will be held before or after the given date. Parents are requested not to make unnecessary appeal.
